Northport Bay Retreat's unique rental program allows your group to enjoy exclusive use of our 22,000 sq. ft. facility, offering affordable waterfront accomodations starting at only $1,500 per night ($93.75 per bedroom). For larger groups, additional off-site lodging can be arranged with several nearby lodging facilities.
Linen, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. are included in the rental rates listed below. One boat slip at an adjacent marina is also included. Additional slips may be available.

RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 50 percent of the total rental fee is due upon reservation acceptance. The remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to the rental date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full for up to 30 days after the date that you book your reservation. Beyond 30 days, the deposit will only be refunded if the date(s) reserved is(are) reserved by another group.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. For weekly rentals, check-in time is Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is the following Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out will be accomodated upon request, when possible.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Housekeeping, grocery shopping, catering and set-up services are available upon request, at an additional cost.
