The following is our price list for the 2008 season. There is a two night minimum stay on weekends.

RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due upon reservation acceptance.
The remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to the rental date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in
full for up to 30 days after the date that you book your reservation. Beyond
30 days, the deposit will only be refunded if the date(s) reserved is(are) reserved
by another group, less a 10% fee.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. For weekly rentals,
check-in time is Sunday at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is the following Sunday
at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out will be accommodated upon request,
when possible.
